Senior Research Associate
In her capacity as Senior Research Associate, Laura identifies strategic networks to support our search teams to build out deep, diverse candidate pools. A deeply resourceful and strategic partner to all our consulting teams, Laura is a keen synthesizer of information to drive smart decisions.
Laura is an information professional, writer, and cat lover who is based in Ohio. A librarian by trade, she partners across our team to strengthen our knowledge systems and keep abreast of rapidly changing data environments.
Laura served an AmeriCorps State and National term from 2010-2011 in her native Ohio addressing poverty related health and nutrition issues with her team. She holds a degree in English with a minor in Film from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University. When not trying to make the world a better place, Laura can usually be found trying new recipes or playing video games.
