For the professional who has planned for a transition, or who unexpectedly finds him or herself in a transition, we have created the Executive Transition Package. Most professionals work with their employers to cover the cost of this package as part of their severance package.

This package is designed to help you evaluate your options as you leave your current post, create your plan for publicizing your move, as well as a plan for developing materials that will position you for your next opportunity. This program is highly individualized but will likely cover the following services during the up to 25 hours of assistance included:

• Overall initial candidate evaluation

• Press release geared towards announcing transition

• Career assessment and strategic direction development

• Short and long term goal development

• Transition coaching

• Job search strategy

• Resume consultation

• Cover letter writing

• Interview strategy and coaching

• Negotiation consultation

Mid-Career Package
Price: $1,800.00

For the busy executive who already knows that he or she won't have time to thoughtfully craft or rewrite a resume, we offer our Mid-Career Package. The package includes an hour telephone consultation where we discuss your career in detail and pull from it salient points that are not already addressed in the resume or cover letter. Then we rewrite your resume and return it to you polished and ready to submit to headhunters, search firms, and human resource professionals within one week. This package generally includes up to 12 hours of assistance.

While the transition from the for profit sector to the nonprofit sector may seen natural, logical, or even easy in theory, many career changers find that it is quite tricky in practice.  This service will not only focus on your resume, cover letter, and job search strategy, but also demystify the nonprofit sector's foreign lingo, decode unfamiliar yardsticks of success, and open your eyes to the sector’s vastness, mission-driven culture, and drastically different pace.This package generally includes up to ten hours of assistance.

Job Search Package
Price: $900.00

This includes a thorough reading of your resume and cover letter, and telephone consultation to discuss your resume’s strengths and weaknesses, along with job search strategy and consultation.  This package generally includes up to six hours of assistance.

A La Carte Hourly Assistance
Price: $175.00
Our Resume Review and Consultation includes a thorough reading of your resume and cover letter, and a 45-minute telephone conversation to discuss your resume's strengths and weaknesses, suggestions for improvements and, if included, your cover letter. You may also purchase follow-up telephone consulting hours.  This time may be used to discuss your resume, cover letter, interview technique, job search strategy, approach, or any other search related questions you may have.  You may purchase the segments in full hours, or in 15 minute increments or multiples thereof, after receiving your initial Resume Review and Consultation.
