Most professionals work with their employers to cover the cost of this package as part of their severance package. This package is designed to help you evaluate your options as you leave your current post, create your plan for publicizing your move, as well as a plan for developing materials that will position you for your next opportunity. This program is highly individualized but will likely cover the following services:

Senior Executive Package
Price: $1200.00

The Senior Executive Package includes a thoroughly rewritten resume, as well as two additional hours of telephone consultation about your cover letter, interview technique, job search strategy, approach, or any other search related questions you may have.

Executive Package
Price: $900.00

For the busy executive who already knows that he or she won't have time to thoughtfully craft or rewrite a resume, we offer our Executive Package. The package includes an hour telephone consultation where we discuss your career in detail and pull from it salient points that are not already addressed in the resume or cover letter. Then we rewrite your resume and return it to you polished and ready to submit to headhunters, search firms, and human resource professionals within one week.

While the transition from the for profit sector to the nonprofit sector may seen natural, logical, or even easy in theory, many career changers find that it is quite tricky in practice.  This service will not only focus on your resume, cover letter, and job search strategy, but also demystify the nonprofit sector's foreign lingo, decode unfamiliar yardsticks of success, and open your eyes to the sector’s vastness, mission-driven culture, and drastically different pace.

This includes a thorough reading of your resume and cover letter, and 1.5 hours of telephone consultation to discuss your resume’s strengths and weaknesses, along with job search strategy and consultation.

Our Resume Review and Consultation includes a thorough reading of your resume and cover letter, and a 45-minute telephone conversation to discuss your resume's strengths and weaknesses, suggestions for improvements and, if included, your cover letter.
