Position Description Writing:  A good position description doesn't just detail the skills and qualifications sought in a successful candidate -- it outlines the future of an organization and explains in detail what challenges must be met in the next 12-to-18 months.  Serving as a mini-strategic planning session for your mid- to executive staff, our position description writing will get your entire organization behind your hire.

 

Resume Screening:  Don't become overwhelmed by the typhoon of paper flooding your inbox.  We will pare down your candidate pool by prescreening the resumes of candidates for basic qualifications, delivering to you only those worth your time and effort.

 

Telephone and Face-to-Face Interviewing:  Save time, money and frustration by having our qualified headhunters ensure that you and your search committee see only the best candidates.

 

Reference Checking:  A good reference check will ask tough, probing questions, often shedding more light on a candidate than the interview itself.  Our consultants do references from the candidate’s list, and with permission, stray from that list as well.

 

Search Committee Maintenance and Interviewing Logistics:  Positions that require the coordination of a search committee and the management of the logistics of the process can take up an extraordinary amount of time.  We will do that for you, so you can focus on what really counts -- the candidates’ skills and experiences.

Strategic Staffing and Team Building:

Often, the dynamic of the staff as a whole is overlooked when assessing the strength of an organization.  Instead of just filling an open position, seize this opportunity to create real change within your organization.  We train supervisors to assess their current team members, and guide them in the strategic hiring of new staff and development of existing staff.  Through personality training that teaches employees how to assess their own strengths and challenges, as well as their co-workers, we increase communications and build stronger teams.
