Nowhere is the science of
executive search more important than in the ability
to systematically and strategically reach deep into communities of color to find
interested, qualified candidates for that next
leadership challenge. Diversity hires don't
just happen, they rely upon aggressive networking,
strategic sourcing, and the favor curried by
relationships built over years of trustworthy
experiences.
We make every effort to
present diverse pools of qualified candidates for
each search. Above and beyond that, we work with our
clients to recommend successful transition
strategies for diverse hires, as with any of their
hires, to ensure that their investment yields the
success they seek.
Over the course of the past
eight years,
we have developed a track record of which we are
particularly proud, but on which we will not rest.

have been women.

placements have been people of color; overall
18% have been African American.

searches, 66% were filled with women or diverse
candidates, while 20% were filled with diverse
